Description
Clove is the connoisseur’s flavour — distinctive, aromatic and genuinely sophisticated. It’s not the one we’d hand to a nervous first-timer, but for people who already know their spices it’s often the surprise favourite of a box.
What it tastes like
Warm and deeply aromatic, with the unmistakable note of whole cloves — the same spice that gives mulled wine and studded oranges their character. It’s assertive without being harsh, and it has a depth the sweeter flavours can’t reach.
How we make it
Made with real clove, worked through the sweet so the aroma carries in every piece. Naturally vegan and gluten-free, set without gelatine, hand-rolled and dusted. Nut-free.
How to enjoy it
Clove is a cold-weather, after-dinner flavour — superb with strong coffee and a natural fit for a Christmas or spiced box alongside cinnamon and ginger. It’s rich enough that a little goes a long way, which makes it a good accent flavour in a mixed selection rather than a whole box on its own.
